Sissel Leire serves as a board member of Axon Research Foundation. She is a Gestalt psychotherapist in private practice in Stavanger and has completed further professional training in psychedelic mentorship through ONAYA’s Psychedelic Mentorship Training.

She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience from Norway’s construction industry, encompassing strategy, executive leadership and board work. Her entrepreneurial contributions include the award-winning co-living concept “Gaining by Sharing”.

To the foundation she contributes extensive experience in strategy, ownership and long-term board governance, together with a personal commitment to mental health and leadership development.
